I just created a shippingeasy account which is integrated with my Shopify store. When I look at the Shipping Selections on the order page, I don't see Priority Mail EXPRESS. I only see First class and priority mail. I read this old post with a similar topic but it did not help me-- when I go to "Postage & Carries" under "shipment settings", I don't see an option to create a second Endicia account. Can you please advise asap? Thanks!

The rates you see on the Orders page is for a feature we call Instant Rates. If you would like to see other carrier service options listed there, I recommend adding in Saved Selections. The steps for creating Saved Selections can be found here: How to: Save my Carrier Selections for future shipments

Alternatively, if you click the checkbox next to the order and click Create Shipment, the order will go to the Ready to Ship page where all Carriers and Services will be listed and can be chosen (including Priority Mail Express).
