Doesn't recognize my address

I am needing to cancel my account but in order to do that I'm having to put my credit card in...which is fine but it's saying that USPS doesn't recognize my address.  I need help on this immediately.  I can't find any answers on this anywhere.

Hello there,

Thank you for contacting ShippingEasy. Looking at your account you appear to be using a PO Box as your billing address. Unfortunately, for security reasons USPS does not allow PO Box addresses to sign up for digital postal accounts. 

The guide below goes over the restrictions for those accounts and suggestions for how to complete signing up.
