Hope someone can chime in on this, because I couldn't find anything even remotely relevant to this issue on here...
I'm having this "simple" issue with the PrestaShop ShippingEasy module service/module/connection/integration/etc.... Not even sure where to look for resolution at this point...
Went through the instructions on how to open > setup >install module >configure it , but yet getting "Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address." error in front end at the shipping step of placing the order.
Went through, as it seams, everything I could find on here on configuration, integration, installation, and rest of the ...ations......, but can't seam to find any solution....

Thanks for posting to our community today. Are you experiencing the error message when you are trying to set up your PrestaShop admin preferences? That process would be located here under the dropdown "Configure your PrestaShop admin preferences"

If not, please feel free to let me know which part of the article steps you are seeing the error appear. There are a few reasons PrestaShop would not be recognizing carriers, and these would be within the PrestaShop settings. The error message can appear when you as an administrator don't configure a countries list or don't specify the available carriers in your shop.
I did find an article that may help to get this set up properly. This isn't from their official site, but it seems to be consistent with other information I have read on this issue:

Also, keep in mind that versions 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7 of PrestaShop are supported. Unfortunately, the ShippingEasy module is not compatible with any PrestaShop Cloud versions.
