Orders not syncing between Ecwid and Shippingeasy?

I've read a handful of posts and tried everything before reaching out to you guys..

 

What is the average time frame for this?

What is going on?

Why wont it sync?

 

I guess the questions can go on and on...

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Thanks for posting to our forum today!

I did take a look at your account and see quite a few orders from Ecwid on your orders page, and then some from today.  Are you still missing some Ecwid orders?

By default, orders are automatically synced hourly.

Only orders with Shipping information will be sent to ShippingEasy. In addition, orders must have a payment status in Ecwid of Queued/Awaiting Payment or Accepted/Paid, as well as a fulfillment status of New, Awaiting Processing, or Processing, to be brought into ShippingEasy.
