USPS-> Endicia itial setup

I entered all my info for the creation of USPS and it created an Enidica account.

I can not login to Endicia as it was "Welcome Mark | logout" next to "my account" when I login but the login / username and password still show on the screen and clicking anything removes "welcome Mark: and it goes back to login.

In Shipping Easy it has Endicia disabled and reconnect. I try to reconnect and it fails.

Trying to find help was not easy I had to google shipping easy support to find this. No links on the site. Help Center does not work in Chrome.

I tell you as a brand new signup this is beyond frustrating and I can't even get chat help? WTF this is very poor support for people who are trying to be a customer and to see if I should finish signing up. 

How can I get this resolved?

Hello Marcia,

I am very sorry for the inconvenience, but Endicia is very very security conscious.

They create digital postage which is a form of US currency in its own right. If they see a new account do certain actions they will suspend it temporarily until the account owner can call to confirm the account is valid.

You can find your ID on this page ^

right below the ID is the Show Passwords link, they will ask for one of those passphrases to confirm your account.

Once they have reset the account, you will need to click the Manage Account button, then the Reset Suspended Account button.

Please call Endicia at 1-800-576-3279 and they will be able to provide assistance.
