Anyone else have trouble with packing slips automatically printing double sided when you print multiple orders? It only happens when we use ShippingEasy/ConnectEasy to print the packing slips and I can not find where to change this setting. This is a problem because we need to send packing slips to each customer & two separate customers can not share one packing slip.
I have looked within the print settings in Firefox and our system preferences, but nothing is showing that we have double-sided printing turned on. It doesn't happen when we print packing slips through Shopify or eBay, or even just printing anything in Word. It has got to be something with ConnectEasy and/or ShippingEasy.

Make sure that double-sided has been disabled from your printer's preferences within your computer. We recommend reaching out to the printer manufacturer if you are unsure how this is completed.
