Unable to purchase shipping label

We haven't been able to purchase our shipping labels for about a week now. We go through the process to purchase but when we get to the "Ready to Print" window, we see this message:

This is the error message we've received back from USPS:
LABEL FAILED! Invalid SOAP message due to XML Schema validation failure. The 'http://stamps.com/xml/namespace/2018/10/swsim/swsimv76:ZIPCode' element is invalid - The value '10011-2471' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://stamps.com/xml/namespace/2018/10/swsim/swsimv76:string-0-5' - The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value.

All was fine when we were hooked up with USPS and Endicia.

Thank you for your post!

The Ship From address may need to be edited. I recommend checking here: https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/ship_from_addresses

Click on the address, choose "Edit Address", make your edits, then click the blue Save Address button. Then move the order back to the Orders page and start the shipping process again to see if that does the trick.

If that doesn't work, please provide the order number so we can troubleshoot further. Thanks!
