I am on Shopify and I have an app to manage order status. For example, when a customer first places an order the order tag is "processing", then that order status changes to "Sent Proof".... a few days later it will be "Proof approved", etc.. When an order first syncs to ShippingEasy, the order tag says "processing" but when I change that order status to "Proof Approved" a day later, the tag in ShippingEasy still says "processing" even when I re-sync. I would like to see that the order tag in ShippingEasy says "proof approved" before printing the shipping label. It seems like the order tags don't get updated in ShippingEasy when they are updated in Shopify. Is there any way around this or is there a setting I need to change?

When the order comes in from Shopify, we will pull in the order tag with the status of the order when it came in from ShippingEasy. Once it's in ShippingEasy, we don't update the order tags. However, you are able to change the order tag in ShippingEasy by editing the order. I have included a helpful article on how you can add or remove order tags.
