Issue connecting to API

As of this morning, we are getting:

> SSLError: hostname “api.shippingeasy.com” does not match the server certificate

When trying to post orders through the API from the Ruby Gem.

Is there a status page for Shipping Easy to be notified of issues?

Glad this is fixed (without any notification mind you), but seriously we were having issues 11pm through 9:45am - just a status page would be helpful instead of silence...

Thank you for your posts!

You are correct that our Development Team was able to resolve the issue.

As for having a status page, that's a great idea! I recommend posting that in our Feature Request forums. Posting there puts your request in front of the Product Team and also allows you to receive an email when the enhancement has been prioritized and/or released.
