Automatically changes to the default template.

Hello when I go to Confirmation email settings and I do a custom a template then  click save and automatically changes to the default template.
What can i do to keep the one i did?

I was able to change your confirmation email settings for your WooCommerce store to your customized template.  I hope that helps!

I also recommend trying a different browser to see if works for you on the Manual Orders store settings.  You could also try clearing your browser cache using the steps linked here:  What if a page not displaying correctly?

After checking my account it still in the default template.

I tried different browsers but nothing works.

Hello Raul!

Thanks for your reply.  When I went in to check which custom templates were created for your account, I noticed that there was not a template named "Tracking Number" Here is where those templates are located:

https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/templates/packing_slips

Do you know if you had created this "Tracking Number" template at one time and then deleted it?  The reason it is not allowing you to select that template from the drop-down is because it doesn't exist.  Let me know if it did at one time, and I will see if I can confirm if there is a current glitch.

Hello Yes i created that template and that is the one i want to choose for the shipment confirmation.

I created another template to see if it works but the same thing happens when i choose the "tracking number" template from the drop down and click save it automatically goes back to "default template"

I do see that issue when I tried to save it on my end. I have escalated this to my developers to look into for us and will keep you updated on this post with the status of that.

Hi Raul,

My developers were able to set the shipping confirmation email to Tracking Number for you! You should be able to see that in your store settings.
