Updated Walmart Credentials

I received an email from shipping easy stating I needed to update my credentials for integration with my Walmart store.   After following the prompts, I receive an error message.   I am repeatedly receiving an "invalid client id" error, and can not reconnect to my store. I have copied and pasted the id and secret key directly from Walmart and I have tried to use the "force reconnect" but there is not a "edit store settings" option.  Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Scott!

I apologize that you did not see the email. I will try resending that.  

Also, as a fix, we recommend going to developer.walmart.com to get new credentials in order to re-connect the store.

If you still get an error message after that, please wait about 5-10 minutes and try again.  It seems that it takes Walmart a few minutes to verify the connection.

We are having issues linking walmart.  We have the client ID and refreshed our key but shipping easy keeps saying "invalid client id"  Any help would be appreciated

We have the same issue, ShippingEasy says 'Invalid client ID'. And walmart developer site actually says 'Consumer ID' instead of 'Client ID'.

Not sure if this is the issue, but we are a DSV (drop ship vendor) with Walmart, not a regular marketplace seller. Is that the reason we are not able to integrate with Walmart at this time?

Hi Evan- That's correct.  We currently only support Walmart Sellers.  For DSV (drop ship vendor) or Supplier support, please post in our Feature Request forums. Posting there puts your request in front of the Product Team and also allows you to receive an email when the enhancement has been prioritized and/or released.  Thanks!
