WooCommerce Spotty Sync

Lately, some of my orders from WooCommerce have not been sent to Shipping Easy. Also when I manually say "send to ShippingEasy" they do not appear in Shipping Easy. Some of them however, do show up. Today, all my orders that were sent to Shipping Easy did not get marked 'complete' in the store after paying for labels as they usually do. They are all still marked 'processing'.

Hi Audrey,

Thank you for your post!

Looking in the backend, I do see an error for the most recent store updates.  The error is this: 3rd party API shipment notification failed. Possibly missing store.shipment_callback

I see https:// listed twice in the call back path for your WooCommerce store (this is only needed once).  I recommend disconnecting / archiving the store and then re-integrating it.

If you are using WooCommerce version 3.0.x or higher and WordPress version 4.4 or higher, we really recommend using our direct integration instead of the older legacy integration.

Here is our integration guide:  How to: Integrate WooCommerce with ShippingEasy

If we can assist further, please let us know in the comments.  Thanks!

Ok I reintegrated the store directly instead of legacy. Should I change any of the API settings in Woocommerce?

Hi Audrey,

Thanks for the update!

I see the orders synced to ShippingEasy so the API settings should be fine.

I recommend clearing the orders from the Orders page from the archived store:  How to: Delete an order

Then double check Shipment History once you ship a new order to confirm the store update went through.  There will be a triangle icon if there was an error updating the store.

I will also link our troubleshooting guides for your reference:

Thank you, does this direct integration make the Shipping Easy plugin obsolete?

Hi Audrey,

That is correct, the Rest WooCommerce integration does not require the plugin. Hope this helps.
