Payment / Balance issue

I purchased $10 in shipping dollars, then spent $3.82 for a shipment. My balance shows $2.27.  This makes no sense, even the email confirmation I got from Shipping Easy shows that my balance should be higher:

They say $6.09, which still seems incorrect. It should be $6.18.  What is going on and how do I get this resolved? It says contact stamps.com, but my account and payment is set-up through shipping easy. I don't have a stamps.com personal account, so cannot log in via their portal to start a customer service inquiry.

Thank you for taking the time to post in our community forum. I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the transactional balance on the postage account. We have reached out to Stamps customer support, and they believe that this balance reflects an adjustment done on a previous shipment. They do require you to reach out to them directly for more detailed information. We will follow up with you via email so you have the best contact number.
