Since Shipping Easy has switched to Stamps and my account has been converted, I can no longer see the option buttons on the Create Manual Order page. This is very frustrating. I am already registered with Stamps, and it tells me I'm connected, but I am always redirected to the same thing. In order to see options you must register with Stamps.com! How am I supposed to create an order when the option buttons aren't visible? I have to pinch my screen in order to click on an option, and that doesn't always work. Please fix this!

Thanks for posting to our community. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues creating manual orders and I know how frustrating that certainly may be.
I logged in via PC and was able to create a manual order and all the buttons were showing. I created the order TESTM-061019-002 which you should see on your orders page. It also removed that "add orders" drop-down you seemed to be having issues with. You had mentioned you had to "pinch" the screen, so I am assuming you are using a mobile device, and the screen doesn't seem to be as user-friendly as before? What mobile browser are you using? Also, if you are not using a mobile browser and are using Internet Explorer, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox for the best performance, as Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer.
I do see the Stamps account is connected and is carrying a balance, so you should be able to purchase. Where are you getting redirected to? If possible, since I was unable to recreate this on my end, could you share some screenshots of the pages and error messages you are seeing so that I can better assist?
