"Oops I hate it when this happens"

Hello!

Every time I try to access different parts of ShippingEasy (Orders, Shipments, even the Support chat option) I get redirected to a page with this title. Also the text "Hate it when this happens! The application encountered an internal error. Please retry or get in touch and we can help."

Does anyone have insight into what's going on?

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for your post!  We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Good news:  our Development Team resolved the issue last night.  

There was an alert at the top of the app with updates.  You should see the alert has been removed now and things are working as usual but if not, please reach out to us via the links at the top of the app (chat, phone, email) for the quickest response.

I am currently having the same issue, but I can't even get to a login screen. I don't use the app, I access from my computer, and I can't even get the main screen to come up without the "Oops, I hate when this happens" screen instead. Any insight as to when this will be resolved?

Hi Andrea,

Thank you so much for informing us of this issue. I was able to log into your account and navigate through the different pages with no error messages showing. Have you tried to clear the Cache cookies on your computer?

I know we did have a few users who experienced this issue yesterday, but it has since been resolved.

If the problem persists after completing the steps, please feel free to reply to the post and we create a ticket to troubleshoot or we can give you a call.
