How do we change this?

Why are we stuck with your branding when we pay for this service?

Thank you for taking the time to post in our forums!
 
We currently do not have a way to update the "from" email address on emails sent from ShippingEasy. This is a great suggestion though, and  that would certainly be ideal for branding your particular store.

This needs to change. At this level, custom mail server settings should be available.
