Account says suspended

Hello,

I just tried to purchase postage to ship a package and it keeps giving me this:

Invalid SOAP message due to XML Schema validation failure. The 'http://stamps.com/xml/namespace/2018/10/swsim/swsimv76:ControlTotal' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:decimal' - The string '' is not a valid Decimal value.
It also says that my balance is $0.00 which does not seem correct because there should have been some postage left over from the last package I shipped. I went to where it shows who I use to ship which says stamps.com and it shows that the account is disabled and says it is suspended and to contact you guys. Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you!

Hi Diane, 

I am sorry to hear there are issues purchasing postage. It does look like the Stamps account is suspended. I reached out to them directly and they will need to do a password reset. They can be contacted at 1-855-889-7867. 

You will need the Username listed within the Stamps password details during your call. This can be found on the Postage and Carriers page in the top right corner of the account. Once there, go to the Stamps details and select 'Show Password' to reveal the Username.
