Negotiated FedEx rates not coming through

Hello, I'm not seeing my negotiated FedEx rates come through although I've connected my FedEx account. I have a secondary shipping platform I use, and there I was required to go through several steps to connect Fedex, including getting a test API key, a production key, sending test labels to FedEx etc. and now my rates appear there.

I prefer ShippingEasy as a platform, so hoping to get the rates to come through here as well. What would you recommend?

Thank you!

Hi Ksenia,

Thank you for posting in our forum!

The rates you see in ShippingEasy are rate quotes coming directly from FedEx via their API.  Even if the rate differs than what you expect to see, you would still be billed your negotiated rate via your FedEx invoice. This is mentioned here as well:  How do I get billed for Fedex postage printed in ShippingEasy?

The FedEx account integration on your account looks normal to me.  You could reach out to FedEx directly to make sure they have your negotiated rates set up to send via the API as well.

I see. However I'm also getting the below error message when trying to select FedEx. So I'm not currently able to use FedEx on ShippingEasy.

Hello Ksenia!

Thanks for the screenshot.  From what I am seeing, it looks like this is a residential order that qualified for the FedEx Home Delivery service, and that this needed to be selected on the "service" dropdown. Instead, the FedEx Ground option was selected.

FedEx Home Delivery is a residential shipping service that provides convenience and flexibility for your recipient. It’s available in all 50 states and depending on shipment destination, delivery occurs within 1-7 business days. Home Delivery has an additional surcharge per package.

I hope that helps, but let me know if you have any further questions
