Label Creation Error

Since the transition over to Stamps.com I can not print labels anymore. It's not a credit card issue because all my information is correct on Stamps.com I printed a shipping label over on their site and the deduction was seen on my Dashboard on the Shipping Easy site so I know the accounts are connected. But Shipping Easy is not accepting the purchase plus I'm subscribed for ConnectEasy and will have to unsubscribe if this issue isn't fixed. Any help with this disaster would be much appreciated post haste.

Hello there,

The error you are describing sounds like the card on file with Stamps may need to be changed in the backend by Stamps support. We do not have access to this setting in ShippingEasy. 

In order to do this you would need to contact Stamps.com directly to let them know you are not able to process payments on the card set in their account. This may be due to what they refer to as a "postage override"

Please contact Stamps.com at 1 (855) 889-7867 to make sure the change of card went through correctly.
