Cancel a Shipping Label that UPS Store Voided

I accidentally used the wrong shipping label in one of my boxes and UPS Store already scan it as "Pick-Up"; I removed the wrong label and created a New one. When I try to cancel the label it doesnt let me because it shows "Pick Up"; but USP Store already voided the transaction.

Any help on this?

Also, I had insurance in the label. Is there a way to cancel that too?

Hi Jose,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

For UPS shipments, the Carrier does not charge you for the shipment until it's been scanned and delivered.  If the Carrier did not pick up the shipment then it should be fine even if it won't let you cancel it in ShippingEasy.  If you are still concerned about it, feel free to reach out to the Carrier, UPS, directly to see if they can cancel it on their end.
