Our prior shipping software provider (Endicia) provided valuable reports showing # of shipment to each region and avg delivery times for a year or other user selected time frames. This was very useful to allow us to set and validate our expected service levels we promise to our customers. 

My request is that you add this type of reporting to Shipping Easy.
