I cannot synch orders with my eBay store and adding manual orders simply hangs.
It is, in effect, a complete outage of Shipping Easy services (at least for me).
And ... it started on a Friday night and there's no support at all over the weekend. How is this acceptable?

Shipping Easy was made aware of some accounts having temporary order download slowness. The issue has been identified and resolved. All previous orders that were affected will resume downloading throughout the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and expect order downloads to be fully operational.
