Shipping Easy changes my product weights from OUNCES to POUNDS

I use the Big Commerce ecommerce platform. The problem is that my BC store is set up to denote all products in ounces with virtually all of them being in the 3.5 to 4.6 range (of ounces). But Shipping Easy changes not all of them, but over half of them to POUNDS which means we have to change them before we buy postage.

Certain categories of products, strangely enough, post correctly in Shipping Easy as ounces, while other categories of products display incorrectly as pounds.

BC tells us this is a Shipping Easy issue. Please help.

We have to assign executive staff to process postage because they know the proper weights. We cannot put a low-level employee on what is a basic job and THAT costs money.

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I see your BigCommerce store is set to ounces in the store settings.  Looking at the Product Catalog, I see some existing products set to ounces and pounds.  I recommend downloading your products from ShippingEasy, inputting the correct weights into the CSV file, and then uploading it.  That should override the incorrect weights.
