Blacklist Feature

I would be great to have a blacklist feature built into Shipping Easy.  A simple list that we could add to of customers names and address' that the system could use to alert us when shipping that we have had issues with this customer in the past.  This would give us an easy way to catch these orders before shipping and cancel them without having to try to remember them.

Agreed. It would be super handy for platforms like Amazon that don't allow you to block problem buyers.

I wish I could upvote this again.  We have an Amazon buyer who has had 3 packages rejected as "insufficient address" that refuses to figure out why the PO keeps doing it.  We've got this address tattooed in our brains now, so we can cancel future orders, but we didn't catch the next 2 after the initial problem.  Flagging the address in red (as an example) would alert us that we've marked this as a "problem" address in the past, and we can decide how to deal with it.

To add on to Apex Glassworks, it would also help even on eBay, where you can block accounts, but not names and address in particular.  Buyers can just purchase as a guest if they want to get around the block.  This feature would be a great help to pretty much any shipper.

This feature would be handier than ever right now.  All the people who are so terrible about packages being delayed (you know, during a pandemic and record shipping volumes) shouldn't be able to purchase again.  A blacklist feature would prevent them from harming a business again.  Is this spiteful on our part?  Absolutely, but I haven't seen this feature offered on any other shipping platform, and it would be a great feature to offer new customers to get them to sign on, knowing they can protect their businesses.
