orders not coming over to Shipping easy from PayPal

My orders have not synced since 8/31 at midnight from PayPal. I have tried everything I can to fix this but have had no success. What is wrong?? Is it a PayPal issue or Shipping Easy issue?  

 My last two orders I did manually they are M0902200014227 and M4225. I have an order placed this morning sitting at Paypal that has not synced over so far today.
