"UNclear" an order


It'd be nice to be able to unclear an order that was cleared from the orders page. 


Yes, would like to find out how and why a order is cleared in history or log? Would be nice to be able to "unclear" it.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out about this!

You can view how and why an order was cleared by navigating to Settings > Event History within your ShippingEasy account. After you input the order number and your date range, click "Search." You will see the events for the order listed in chronological order, with the most recent event at the top of the list.

The "User" column will indicate which user completed the "clear order" action. And the "Detail" column will explain why and how the order was cleared.
