WooCommerce Store Continuously Disconnecting

Hi There,

I manage a WooCommerce store for a client and they use ShippingEasy to manage their shipping. For the past month, the store keeps disconnecting. I try reconnecting only to come back to the screen and see disconnected again.

When I do need to force sync orders, I have found success by activating an old shop. Then one shows us connected and the other disconnected. I can then force a sync and it will eventually pull the orders. I usually have to try this more than once.

It would be great to have the store always connected. Any tips?

This is happening to me too. My WooCommerce store keeps disconnecting for no reason, then I have to reconnect it to sync orders, then it will disconnect again in like 10 minutes. Please advise. Wish the support would've left a comment here so others could benefit from it too.
