Print Label using UPS-One balance

When I print the label using the UPS-One balance, get the error message:

"We are temporarily unable to retrieve the value of your One Balance account. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible"

UPS One balance is much cheaper than other carrier, How can I use UPS One Balance to print label.
