I need a feature that allows me to take an order and mark it as "Picked Up" instead of counting it as shipped to take it out of my queue. Many of my customers pick up their items in the store, and it's making my shipping queue very messy.

This really needs to be looked into! It is silly that after a year of Covid and the world shopping curbside, this still isn't an option in Shipping Easy.
A simple 'Curbside - pickup Ready' option under 'Mark as Shipped' would suffice.
