Walmart integration issues

I continue running into the issue of new orders (acknowledged in Walmart's portal) not showing up in Shipping Easy.  I have integrated and it says they are connected.

However, the only way to fix it is via removing the integration and redoing it.  I've had to do this 3-4x already in a few weeks.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Is there a fix?  Is this happening due to me being on the "free plan"?

I occasionally have a 'Pending' order that never uploads.  I'm forced to manually enter it.  Often I don't notice until it is already delayed.  We should have a method to view the integration logs to understand if this is a ShippingEasy issue and be able to alert them as such.  Even right now today I have 20 orders that have been in Pending status for hours now.  I suspect it's a bandwidth issue.  They should be delayed for more than five minutes.

I just switched from ShipStation and I never had issues with Walmart until now (with ShippingEasy). My entire store keeps disconnecting several times a day. Not good.
