Int'l Package Returned To Me


Recently purchased and shipped out an Int'l package but it was returned to me due to missing customs forms. Cannot request refund because it was already scanned into system and since I do not have an upgraded plan I cannot reach support. Not sure what options I have now. Do I print out the required custom forms and try to ship it out again or take the loss and print out a new label? Since the label wasn't exactly cheap, would prefer to get a refund and purchase a new label.



After a label has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, it is no longer eligible for a refund. A new label with the customs forms will have to be created. Reusing a label that has already been scanned by the carrier will result in additional charges.
