For the first time in several years, after logging into my shipping easy account, I am greeted on the dashboard with the message "Please review your USPS rate provider account." I then click on that link and notice that for my USPS Provider (stamps.com) it shows an error message of "out of sync." See pictures below. I have verified my stamps.com password/account info shown under "manage passwords" is correct and I have also tried changing the stamps.com password to see if this resolved the issue. I also logged into the stamps.com account successfully with the old password and then the new password. Short of my closing my stamps.com account to get the one balance refund and walking away from shipping easy, I see no solution to this issue other than seeking support here.
