USPS rate incorrect

When I put in a Domestic USPS First Class Large Envelope weighing 5oz size 10.5x7x.5, I get the wrong cost, it's like 2x as much as it should be (I think 3.61 vs the USPS website returned rate of 1.80.)

I've made sure the specs are all the same.

I think this is a bug.
