We would like to receive a notification when a USPS Priority Mail shipment has has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date. The notification would alert us to follow the package and/or contact our customer. Currently if a package is late, we get a call from an irate customer, telling us their order is 2 weeks overdue.
Hey Teresa. We needed this too so I made a solution called ShipAware that imports your ShippingEasy shipments and then alerts you when shipments are late.
