On the View Order page I'd like to option to display "Shipped" date with a format that includes date/time.  The date format could be a setting where you let customers choose between short-date and other date formats.

I'm interested in this option because I often get requests to cancel or change orders after the shipment has been processed.  A time stamp is useful because it helps me to identify if the outbound shipment is still in our building and it might even help knowing which tub or bag or pallet to go fishing in to find a package.

This is the current format:
Shipped:2021-07-07

I'm looking for an option to change it to:

Shipped: 2021-07-07 T13:45

or some similar format that includes time of day.
