UPS bill for charges on items I have not sent

I received an invoice from UPS for charges on packages that I never sent. It seems impossible to contact a person here to talk to about closing my account and resolving this issue. I now have received a second bill from UPS for even more charges on my account. I have not sent anything through Shipping easy for over a year. Please help!!!
