We've recently noticed a change to all international USPS shipping labels, as of Friday September 3.

All our international labels are being directed to "Postal Processing Facility" in Los Angeles California. Previously, this only happened when we specifically selected the "Large Envelopes / Flats" option while shipping. It is now happening regardless of service level, destination, or package size.

One support person I spoke to is not aware of the issue, the other says it's a new change from Stamps.com, so I'm trying to figure out it anyone else is encountering this, and if it's a permanent change or a short-term issue.
