Modify canned text used in 'return label' email

Is there any way to edit or remove the canned text?

We need to be able to change the standard text because it is not exactly what we want to say. There's more that we need to add to that. Presently, you can add additional text above the canned text, but that is not really a solution. It looks bad. And there's no way to format it?

Thanks for the suggestion Stan. We are conducting a site-wide review of our email notifications and the text on the return labels is definitely something we are looking at making fully customizable.
