It is built into my companies order process to send a follow-up message after an order is delivered to ensure everything arrived as expected and the order was satisfactory. This is considered good customer service - especially for a small business trying to grow/expand.
Hence, It is crucial to receive deliver notifications in order to complete this task.
I used to use a competitor of shippingeasy (don't feel appropriate to mention the name). They have it built in to receive delivery confirmation notifications.
The workaround I am using is going to the shipping carrier website and entering my email in order to request notifications.
Unfortunately, being a small business, that is an extra step that takes time which is valuable and in my humble opinion - is wasted time to do the extra steps.
