We sell products that may have some variations (color, size etc.). Currently, if we need to create a new manual order or upload a CSV it doesn't have a field to add these product options. This is a MUST.

Thanks for the suggestion, we will add it to the list.
Meanwhile, one workaround that some of our customers use is to include the product options in the item description. For example, their CSV data will have "T-Shirt [XL] [Blue]"
That way, the information is still visible within ShippingEasy when looking at the order.

Good news!
Although we do not currently support this, you can now edit orders by viewing the article entitled how do I edit the line items of an order on the Orders page?. When you do this, you can add the product options and when you add those in, the product options will be added to the end of the existing line item description. Note: "Display Product Options" must be selected in the Store settings in order for the product options to be displayed.
We may be adding this into the Product Catalog in the future so that when a SKU is entered, it would map the product's product details to that order, but currently do not support that.
NOTE: The same warning applies as editing any other portions of the order's information - this can cause problems with the update back to the store with the shipment tracking information.
