We are very interested in integrating with BigCartel. Unfortunately, BigCartel does not yet have an API we can use for building an integration.

They appear to be working on an API - on this web page: http://help.bigcartel.com/developers/api/ it says: "Coming soon: a more robust API is in the works that supports full reading and writing of products, orders, stats, and more!"

Please mention to the folks at BigCartel that development of their API is important to you!

1) i used to sell on shopify and storenvy but now we do exclusive with big cartel and paypal orders.

2) we use usps 90% of the time. the others would be UPS, ontrac and fedex

3) usps is primary 

4) we ship both, international is less frequent

5) we do about a dozen a month 

would love to see you with big cartel! its a pain to enter everything in here, keep adding postage and find shipments to print out

Yes we sell on other platforms. Big Cartel is the only one that we sell on that you are not integrated with and we would LOVE the increased ease of shipping if you could integrate with Big Cartel.

We use USPS first class and priority.

Mainly we are domestic shipping with the occasional international.

I would estimate 20-40 pkgs a month from Big Cartel.  Last month we shipped 50 pkgs from our Big Cartel store but that # is steadily increasing.

Thanks for your consideration. Integrating with BC would save me tons of time and make my shipping process smoother.

Thank you very much for your check in. After speaking with our development team again, unfortunately it does not look Big Cartel is an integration that is prioritized for the near future. 

An alternative to an integration is CSV upload of your Big Cartel orders into ShippingEasy. I know that many merchants make use of our CSV upload process for Big Cartel orders today. This allows you to easily upload and process your orders, then export the tracking information for quick upload into Big Cartel. You can read more about this here. 

That said, we understand that Big Cartel is an important integration for some businesses, so I’m happy to share that we’ve recently started created a process that can help in these situations. We’ve begun working with a shipping consulting company, Parcel Technology Solutions(PTS), who can assist. PTS partners with many shipping solutions to make sure that eCommerce merchants can find the best shipping solution for their businesses.

PTS reps learn about each of the solutions they partner with and are fully trained on implementation to assist from signup through first shipment. They will listen to your needs and additional functionality you want as well as learn about your current shipping process to identify a shipping solution that will best fit your needs! 

It’s unfortunate when ShippingEasy does not offer a desired feature, but we still want to help! I know that PTS works with a few shipping solutions that do support Big Cartel. If you’re interested, I can inform our direct contacts there. They will call for a short consult and make the best recommendation with a shipping solution that does integrate with Big Cartel. sadness about Big Cartel!  and NO stripe either wow very sad about that.

i use volusion  (which is too complicated for my needs) and ecwid which is lacking key features like me being able to add pages for articles about my products. i found big cartel that lets me do both and also upsell at checkout and now my beloved shipping easy does not work with them. 

they also use stripe which would help me save 30.00 over paypal pro but my beloved SE does work with them either..:( 

love you guys especially new customer section and your customer support, but just had to share i am bummed that i cant use SE with big cartel which i thought would solve all my problems and help me save tons of money..:(

Hi! I'd like to add my voice to this, I have new clients that use BigCartel and it would make my life a whole bunch easier if I could integrate their stores with ShippingEasy like I can with other platforms.

Just adding to this. Keep trying out different services that integrate with SE, but none of them work as well for me as BigCartel. The lack of integration is really frustrating, though!

Hello! I'd like to double down on my request for an integration between ShippingEasy and BigCartel. I've got a new customer with over 2,000 orders and exporting a csv, editing it manually so that each item is on it's own line, and importing to ShippingEasy is a HUGE pain in the butt. I love SE and I want to use it as much as possible but this is sooooo complex. :(

I have five clients who all use BigCartel and it would be an absolute life saver to have ShippingEasy interact with it directly. Please reconsider!!

Yes: Shopify, Etsy, Ecwid, Gumroad, Storenvy, Squarespace.

USPS and UPS

3) Are there specific carrier services you use most often?
