Bug: Ship from zip code doesn't update orders already in "ready to ship"

Often I have to change my ship from zip code. I usually forget to change it until I see it is incorrect on the "ready to ship" screen. I then go to the store settings to change it, and when I return to the shipments in "ready to ship," they keep the old zip code--they aren't updated. The only way to fix them is to cancel the shipments and re-add them to "ready to ship."

 

This is a frustrating bug. Please fix this.
