The fastest way to manually find unused postage is within ShippingEasy via the "Tracking Status" indicator on the Shipment History page. This links real-time to your orders' tracking numbers to display if the package has been scanned, delivered, and everything in between. You can learn more about real-time tracking here: http://support.shippingeasy.com/entries/68375389 Just scan your Shipment History for any shipment shown as "Not scanned yet" and cancel these labels for a refund.
