The Brand package allows you to customize the buyer confirmation emails and packing slips with your logo. This is not automatically included with our Starter plan. However, you can add branding to your account a la carte for $10 a month.
To add the brand package, log in to ShippingEasy. Go to 'Settings' >> 'Subscription & Billing' >> and click the blue text 'Change Plan or Add Ons'. This will open a dialog of options. Click the check box next to 'Brand Package $10/mo' and then 'Update Subscription'.
