Oops Error on Shipment History page

I created the shipment and paid it, and then I wanted to cancel the shipment since it is a test of integration with shippingeasy.

But when I tried to go to the page "shipments history", I get the following error:
Hate it when this happens. The application encountered an internal error. Please visit our Support site for assistance or head back to our Home Page.

Hello Ivan - After speaking with our development team, I understand that you encountered a glitch on our test server that has since been fixed. The Shipment History page is working again.

When it's convenient, please jump on in and continue your tests. Let us know if anything else comes up!

Hello Ivan - Thanks for detailing the steps that led up to this error. Unfortunately, I'm unable to locate your account with this email address. Is there another account identifier that you'd feel comfortable sharing in the forum?

One thought comes to mind, did you select the "Back" button in your browser to return to the Shipment History page? This is a function that is not handled by the app well. We suggest always using the in-app navigation options.

Have you tried to log into ShippingEasy again and navigate to your Shipment History via the nav bar?

Just for reference, https://app.shippingeasy.com is the login portal that users without testing credentials would use.
