If your Endicia account is suspended, please try reconnecting it via the steps outlined in our Knowledge Base article: How do I unsuspend my Endicia account?

Should this option not work, you'll need to reset your pass phrase. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Request a temporary pass phrase from Endicia.
   • You can call Endicia at 1-800-576-3279, email via their contact form, or chat with a representative.
     
   • When contacting Endicia, they will ask for your account number (keep in mind you have two - learn more here) and security information.

2. Email the temporary pass phrase to endicia.account@shippingeasy.com and one of our representatives will be able to reconnect your account for you.
