SMTP Settings for E-Mails

Are there any plans to allow for users to enter SMTP settings so that e-mails are routed directly through the SMTP server of the user's choice?

Currently, customers receive e-mail confirmations from "noreply@shippingeasy.com", which is ok since the reply-to address is the e-mail specified in the store settings. However, it would be much more seamless and professional if the shippingeasy.com domain was hidden from customers. It's possible that a few customers may be confused as to why they're receiving e-mails from shippingeasy.com.

I would imagine other technically inclined users would like this feature as well. The benefit for Shipping Easy is that it reduces bandwidth on the shippingeasy.com SMTP server/relay. It shouldn't be a technically difficult change to make.

Thanks for the idea! I have forwarded your request for this to our developers for evaluation. We prioritize integrations and feature requests based on customer input as well as a few other factors, so hopefully we will get a few others here to "follow" and "vote" for this feature.

I'm all for this one as well. All emails sent to my customers would ideally go through my server.

Yes, please add this functionality as for larger shippers this seamlessness of Branding is likely a determining factor as to adopt your platform...

It has been four years we have been loyal to shippingeasy and we are still waiting for this feature. If this is still not available to date we are really being forced to jump ship. 

Please provide a timeframe. There have not really been any new features or upgrades to this software for several years...

At this time, we don't have a specific release date for this feature but it is on our team's list to consider for prioritization. If there are any updates, we will be sure to updates this thread as well.

This is a must-have feature. It's getting really old having to manually send my customers their tracking info because the SE emails always end up in their spam/junk folders. It really bothers me how nothing ever changes with SE feature requests from 5+ years ago and nothing has happened. I'm seriously considering Ship Station at this point.
