It is possible to connect a "personal" Endicia account to the Endicia First Class port of your ShippingEasy account. However, this will require a few steps:

1. If you already have an account connected, our team will need to archive the existing account.

3. Lastly, you'll also want to close the old Endicia account to receive a refund for the postage balance. See how to close that here: How do I close my Endicia account?

Regarding your specific situation: when I pull up your account, I see that you actually have two different ShippingEasy accounts. In order to protect your personal account information, it would be best if we help you with this via email support. Please email the following information to endicia.account@shippingeasy.com:

• The email address you use to log into your ShippingEasy account.
• The Endicia account number you need to remove from ShippingEasy.
