This would be helpful, especially if it is assigned BY STORE (or alternatively to a specific address).  We ship internationally for clients and it would be helpful to send that to them (instead of customers or us).

It sounds like we have a feature that may be able to assist you in this scenario! We have added in the ability to bill taxes to a third party via Fedex. 

You can bill the taxes/ duties to a third party Fedex account and you can also save these third party account credentials so you don't have to type them in each time!
