Account problems, created new one still trying to use old

I have an old account through work, I needed one for personal use. I disconnected it from the old account on both USPS places. I created a new account and added $100 to each of other. It is still trying to go back to the old account and won't let me print postage. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like we may need to look at the specific configuration of your Endicia accounts. For your security, would you email us at endicia.account@shippingeasy.com?

Please provide the following information:

  • The email address that you use to log into your ShippingEasy account.
  • Your company name.
  • The Endicia Account ID(s) that you need to disconnect from ShippingEasy.
